 Meet your hosts, Rodolph, Nalini and Meg Warot. 

Rodolph, Nalini, and Meg are an eco-conscious family with years of experience in hospitality. Rodolph is an Airbnb property consultant and investor, an HR and employment law associate CIPD qualified practitioner, and has been running an international recruitment agency for the last 12 years; he was a chef in the Cayman Islands and a chef consultant for 15 years, 2 of which he spent cooking for Kate Middleton and her family in Berkshire. Nalini has been an NHS registered nurse with a nursing degree and a senior clinical site manager at Reading Hospital for the last 15 years; she also works in various wards, and her skills are up-to-date.

Their 17-year-old daughter, Meg, is an ambitious student at Kendrick Grammar School in Reading, acknowledged as one of the best schools in the UK and now attending the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science since Sept 2022, currently ranked in the top three universities in the UK; she is also working as a Math & English teacher for the last 2 years and can also provide tuition on weekends at home or online.

Their family has been police-checked and holds Enhanced DBS certificates, allowing them to work with children and vulnerable people. Nalini's cousin, a police officer for the Thames Valley Police, introduced them to the neighbourhood watch scheme, which they now run.

They comply with an exhaustive list of all pertinent regulatory requirements to host under 18 students and are AEGIS and British Council certified.

Located West on the official London tube map, in the business capital of the Thames Valley, their 6-bedroom homestay in Reading was beautifully refurbished to high standards in the summer of 2021.
