Our Family Homestay

A Modern Sanctuary in Reading Our beautifully refurbished 6-bedroom Homestay is located in Reading, 23 minutes away from London Paddington. We are 15 minutes from schools, and Reading University's vibrant international community makes Reading a top choice for UK study.

Unbeatable Location Our Homestay is a 1-minute walk from IKEA Reading and the large Sainsbury's shopping mall, located in a quiet suburban residential area away from Reading central. Our proximity to the M4 motorway allows us to quickly drive to schools like the University of Reading (12 min), The Abbey School (12 min), and John Madejski Academy (8 min), avoiding heavy city traffic. We are also a short 5-minute drive from Madejski football stadium, Campus Reading International, and Green Park.

Trains & Amenities Theale train station (0.5 miles) provides direct access to Heathrow Airport and Paddington (London) via the new Elizabeth line in 26 minutes. The main bus stop is 1 minute away, with the Jetblack 1, Blue Sky 15 and Yellow 26 routes providing easy access to Reading central within 15-20 min every 5min. Two huge parks and football clubs are also located 1 minute walk away.

Our homestay is located right next to one of Reading's major retail hubs, making essential shopping and amenities incredibly quick and easy for students. We are located next to the large Sainsbury's supermarket complex, just a 1-minute walk from our door. This complex also features IKEA, a 24/7 McDonald's  , 24/7 Pure Gym, Sushi Shop, Costa, Argos, Sports Direct, Specsavers/Boots, B&M, bank/ATM, Pharmacies, and access to private Math & English Tuitions.
